I was happy with hotel's great location close enough to downtown. Location: the property was near the Knights Inn as well as the suburbs. I came across O'duffy's Pub, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, offered nice shots.

We really liked having a room with a bathtub during our stay.

The price was great!

Staff talked us into two queens when we booked a king. The area was inner city - the clientele around the hotel at midnight were there for adult fun and games while we were traveling with children.

The location was comfortable - right by downtown and university as well as Kalamazoo and the Radisson and Comfort Inn. It also was in a residental area.

The room was extremely spacious and had a bathtub, which was perfect. There was a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge available. The hotel's location was convenient as it was within walking distance from The New Vic Theatre.

For the money, the Knight Inn provided and adequate stay.

Although the advertising indicated the motel served a continental breakfast, it is stretching to say that the breakfast was adequate. We found very small muffins (the size of a quarter) and coffee to fall far short of a continental breakfast. Although the coffee and miniature muffins meet the dictionary definition of a continental breakfast, it certainly was not sufficient. Actually, the advertising was misleading. What is more, the head of our group found the coffee urn was empty, it was only 8 A.M., and no attendant was in the office to supply more.

This hotel is within a short walk to a fantastic restaurant, the town, and the university, offering a good room with a bathtub.
